Camp Seed is ideal for hosting group activities for up to 48 guests overnight and 120-day guests.

The accommodation block is a solar-heated, rammed earth dwelling, comprising of 12 bedrooms each with 4 single beds. While some bedding is provided, sheets and pillow cases must be self-supplied.
Attached to the accommodation wing is a spacious male and female amenities block, with disabled toilets. The bathrooms are connected to the accommodation wing via a protected covered walkway.
The dining room is sized to seat 50 guests in one sitting. A semi-commercial kitchen is available fo self-catering. Cutlery, crockery and cooking implements are provided for use.
Meal service tables are handy for catering for large groups.
The dining hall has two gas heaters and an air-conditioning unit.
A fully equipped kitchen is availble for self-catering, containing:
- 2 fridges,
- 2 double ovens,
- 2 kitchen sinks,
- large bench spaces,
- a large walk-in pantry, and
- all required cooking and eating utensils.
The main hall has an large wall mounted projector screen, whiteboards, two table tennis tables, board games, an open fire and several comfy leather couches.
A large hall is availble, complete with an open fire. A screen is available for projecting video or images to make your event memorable.
A large multi-purpose hall (10m x 20m) is available for:
- hosting large 100+ people events,
- hosting coferences,
- playing indoor games on a wet day, or
- sitting around the open fire in comfy leather couches.

There are separate male and female toilet & shower facilities with hot showers, basins and power points, and septic toilets. There is a large access toilet in each allowing for wheelchair access.
The bathrooms are connected to the accomodation wing as well as the kitchen / dining area via a protected covered walk way.
There are individual male and female 'teachers' toilets available, including a shower, toilet and basin.
Laundry facilities with a washing machine and an indoor clothes dryer are available, as well as an outdoor clothes line.
The buildings surround a safe courtyard that can be used as an assembly or for team games.
A BBQ pavillion with 2 BBQs (gas) and outdoor tables is a recent addition to the grounds.
There is a campfire area clearly marked. Makes for great marshmallow roasting. Wood must be collected from around the property and surrounds or brought with you.
There is ample car parking on site.
Good wheelchair access on firm paths surrounding the building.
There is an oval for large games directly across the road e.g. football, cricket, kite flying. There is a playground and electric BBQ facilities available also.
